Commercial Litigation NQ - Preston The OpportunityAn opportunity has arisen for a junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded disputes team handling a broad range of commercial litigation matters for both private and public sector clients.This role offers excellent exposure to varied and high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment, making it an ideal opportunity for an NQ-2 PQE Solicitor looking to further develop their commercial disputes experience.The team advises on a wide range of complex and commercially sensitive matters and is known for its practical, solutions-focused approach.The RoleYou will manage your own caseload while also supporting senior lawyers on more complex disputes across a broad range of commercial litigation matters.Work will include:Contractual disputesShareholder and partnership disputesDirector disputesBreach of warranty claimsProfessional negligence mattersCommercial supply contract disputesRestrictive covenant and confidentiality breachesMedia and reputational disputesThe role will also involve:Advising clients on contentious matters from inception through to resolutionManaging communications with clients, opponents, courts and third partiesAssisting with new enquiries and business development activityCollaborating with colleagues across wider teams on joint matters and projectsSupporting the continued growth and development of the teamRequirementsQualified Solicitor in England and WalesNQ-2 years'' ..... full job details .....
