This is an excellent opportunity for a property litigation professional looking to develop their career within a supportive, people-focused firm that offers high-quality work, strong career progression and an excellent work-life balance.The RoleYou will join an established Civil Litigation team and manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters for both commercial and private clients.Key responsibilities include:Managing a broad range of Property Litigation matters from instruction through to resolutionHandling commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputesAdvising on boundary disputes and land ownership issuesManaging trespass and nuisance claimsDealing with building contract disputes and professional negligence mattersHandling party wall disputes and environmental issuesRepresenting clients in the Civil Courts and Lands TribunalDelivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong client relationshipsManaging caseload capacity effectively and working towards monthly performance targetsEnsuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and professional standardsWorking efficiently within a case management systemKeeping up to date with changes in legislation, case law and industry best ..... full job details .....
