Commercial Finance Manager Location: Addlestone Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience Contract: Permanent Working: Office-based / Hybrid CTR Select is recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation based in Addlestone who are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join their team. A hands-on role combining management accounting, financial control, forecasting and commercial business partnering. Working closely with senior leadership to provide insight that supports growth, improves margins, controls costs and strengthens cash flow. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage monthly management accounts, PandL, balance sheet, cash flow and KPI reporting. Analyse revenue, gross profit, margins, costs and profitability, identifying trends and opportunities. Own rolling forecasts, budgets, cash flow projections and financial modelling. Provide commercial analysis to support pricing, growth and investment decisions. Partner with senior leadership and operational teams to improve profitability and business performance. Monitor working capital, debtor performance and cash collection. Prepare board-level financial reporting and actionable commentary. Manage VAT, statutory accounts, audit requirements and financial controls. Improve finance systems, reporting, automation and data quality. About You ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or part-qualified, or equivalent. Strong management accounting and commercial finance experience.
