Commercial Bank Senior Relationship Manager - Fintech, Digital, Technology and Communications - SVP

Overview

London-based role to develop new relationships with Digital/ FinTech CCB clients, grow revenues, and provide banking solutions across the payments ecosystem. Collaborate with Citi colleagues across regions, including credit underwriting, subsidiary relationship managers, product and implementation teams. Engage in projects related to additional products and functionalities offered by the CCB team for Digital/ FinTech clients.Key Responsibilities

Acquire new, multi-product Digital/ FinTech customers for the Bank.Manage relationships and provide service for CCB Digital customers in the UK.Plan and articulate future relationship opportunities, determine products to sell, and identify revenue opportunities.Collaborate with the Sector Head, UK CCB team, CCB Cash Sales Transactors, Markets experts, and junior staff daily.Monitor and support product implementation processes.Manage customers and transactions in the CRM platform.Work with Banking Capital Markets and Advisory teams to address Digital space opportunities.Engage with other CCB teams globally and ensure adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) standards during onboarding and reviews.Maintain control and accountability for cross-border transaction referrals.Participate in structuring new product solutions for Digital/ FinTech clients and the industry segment.Experience / Knowledge / Skills / Languages

Excellent knowledge of the Digital/ FinTech market, ecosystem, competition, and local regulations.Good knowledge of corporate finance, FX, cash management, and trade products.Thorough understanding of banking products for digital/technology customers.Experience in Commercial / Relationship Banking with international customers.Ability to assess credit risk of digital/ technology companies.Experience with onboarding and implementation processes.Team player with ability to collaborate across the UK CCB team and the Global Digital Team; capable of seeking appropriate support.Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to identify business priorities and drive decisions.Ability to engage at all levels and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.Certification and Compliance
