OverviewCommercial Bank Senior Relationship Manager - Fintech, Digital, Technology and Communications - SVP - Citi. Citi Commercial Bank (CCB) focuses on Digital/FinTech clients. London-based role to develop new relationships, grow revenues, manage cross-border and products.
Responsibilities
Acquire new, multi-product Digital/FinTech customers for the Bank.
Manage relationships and service for CCB Digital customers in the UK.
Account planning to identify future opportunities, what products to sell, etc.
Collaborate with Sector Head, UK CCB team, CCB Cash Sales Transactors, Markets experts and junior staff daily.
Monitor and support product implementation; manage customers/transactions in CRM; work with Banking Capital Markets and Advisory teams.
Engage with other CCB teams globally; ensure adherence to KYC standards during onboarding and reviews.
Participate in structuring new product solutions for Digital/FinTech clients.
Experience / Knowledge / Skills / Languages
Excellent knowledge of the Digital/FinTech market, customers, ecosystem, competition, local regulations.
Knowledge of corporate finance, FX, cash management and trade products; understanding of banking products for digital/technology customers.
Experience in Commercial/Relationship Banking with international customers; ability to assess credit risk of digital/technology companies.
Experience with onboarding/implementation; team player; ability to collaborate across UK CCB and Global Digital Team; request support as needed.
Analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making with diverse information; ability to engage at all levels and build relationships.
Certification Regime compliance: fit and proper assessment per FCA/PRA guidelines.
Regulatory / Certification NoteThe role is subject to FCA and PRA Certification Regime; assessment includes interviews, disclosures, background checks and other screening.
