Commercial and Civil Litigation Solicitor Barnsley Hybrid Working Available NQ-2 PQE An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial and Civil Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a much-loved Yorkshire practice based in Barnsley. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious litigator looking to develop their career within a supportive and experienced Dispute Resolution team, working alongside an established Partner on a varied caseload of interesting and commercially focused disputes. The Role You will manage your own caseload of predominantly commercial litigation matters, whilst also supporting senior colleagues on more complex disputes. You will work with a broad range of businesses and individuals, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice and helping clients achieve effective resolutions to their disputes. Your work will include: Managing a varied caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters Advising on contractual disputes, director, shareholder and partnership disputes Handling debt recovery and professional negligence claims Working on business torts, construction disputes and contentious property matters Representing clients through litigation, mediation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution Drafting pleadings, witness statements, correspondence and settlement agreements Conducting legal research and providing clear, commercially focused advice Developing and maintaining strong client ..... full job details .....
