Due to continued growth within the Dispute Resolution team, they are looking to appoint a Commercial and Civil Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join the team. The Role This is a great opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to work alongside an experienced Partner on a broad and interesting range of contentious matters. You''ll manage your own caseload while also supporting senior colleagues on more complex disputes, advising clients across a variety of sectors and providing strategic, commercially focused solutions. The role would suit a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with NQ-2 years'' PQE, who has experience in commercial litigation and is keen to develop their career within a supportive and growing team. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload, predominantly involving commercial litigation. Advising on contractual disputes, director, shareholder and partnership disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence, business torts, construction disputes and contentious property matters.
