Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Making outbound calls to customers in arrears with their invoice payment , aiming to resolve matters in a single call, you calls will be on an auto dialler so you don''t even have to think who to call next !Handling inbound calls relating to overdue accounts and general customer enquiriesTaking secure payments over the phone quickly and efficientlyIssuing copy invoices, statements, and relevant documentation when requiredThis is a people-focused role where empathy, communication, and problem-solving are key.What We''re Looking ForIdeally educated to graduate level (though this isn''t essential)Confident communication skills with a strong customer-first mindsetCalm, professional, and solutions-focused, even in challenging situationsPrevious experience in collectionsRewards and BenefitsCompetitive ..... full job details .....
