Operating from a modern manufacturing facility, the company specialises in producing high-specification components for customers across a range of demanding industries.This role is ideally suited to a skilled machinist with strong Fanuc programming experience who is looking to join a stable business offering long-term career prospects, investment in technology, and regular overtime opportunities.Key Responsibilities Program, set and operate CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls.Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.Produce components to tight tolerances and customer requirements.Create, edit and prove out CNC programs.Generate offline programs using CAD/CAM software where required.Select appropriate tooling and establish machining processes.Carry out first-off, in-process and final inspections.Use precision measuring equipment, including micrometers, verniers and gauges.Machine a range of materials, including exotic alloys and high-performance metals.Complete production and quality documentation accurately.Maintain product traceability throughout the manufacturing process.Adhere to all health, ..... full job details .....
