CNC Turner / CNC Lathe Machinist / CNC Machinist

38 hours per week, 4-day working week

Monday to Thursday, 7:15am to 5:15pm (30-minute unpaid break)

Adecco are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected precision engineering business for an experienced CNC Turner, CNC Lathe Machinist or CNC Machinist.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company that manufactures high-quality precision components for a range of industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating CNC lathes, producing components to exact specifications, carrying out quality checks and ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and operate CNC lathes and turning centres
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Conduct quality inspections using measuring equipment
• Work to tight tolerances and production deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a CNC Turner, CNC Lathe Machinist or CNC Machinist
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Experience working to tight tolerances
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable, motivated and able to work independently
