The successful candidate will be responsible for producing precision-engineered components that meet demanding customer and industry standards.Salary: CompetitiveShift Pattern: Days and Nights RotationLocation: SheffieldResponsibilitiesProduce machined parts to exact specifications using CNC Turning Machines, ensuring all work aligns with internal quality processes.Read and interpret technical drawings to manufacture components accurately and within planned production times.Maintain a safe and organised workspace, upholding high housekeeping standards at all times.Work with high-performance materials, including alloys such as Inconel 718.Meet production and quality targets by delivering components to the required standard within agreed timeframes.RequirementsAt least two years'' machining experience within the oil and gas sector or a similarly demanding industry.Hands-on experience operating CNC lathes.Solid understanding of tooling selection, feeds, speeds and machine capabilities to optimise cycle times and efficiency.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Clear and confident communication within the team and wider production environment.Adaptability when responding to changing priorities or workloads.Effective problem-solving skills when dealing with machining challenges or technical issues.If this ..... full job details .....
