Working to customer designs, specifications and engineering drawings, the business handles a varied range of components and requirements, including repair work assessed against drawings or incoming component inspections. THE ROLE Support the production team within the CNC machine shop, programming and operating Mazak 200Y, Mazak 300Y and Mazak J300 5-axis turn/mill centres Produce components to engineering drawings, instructions and agreed production deadlines Machine components to general tolerances of approximately 0.1mm Carry out final machining to tight tolerances of 0.02mm Undertake turning and milling work to the required specifications and tolerances THE PERSON Time-served CNC Turner with experience of Mazak programming (essential) ..... full job details .....
