We''re currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer to join a repair and manufacturing business based in Consett.This is an excellent opportunity for a time-served CNC Turner with Mazak programming experience to join the production team and provide support within the CNC machine shop, operating and programming Mazak 200Y, Mazak 300Y and Mazak J300 5-axis turn/mill centres.The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality components to drawing and instruction, working to tight tolerances and agreed production deadlines.Package - 31,746.00 - 33,862.40 per annum, depending on skills and experience 25% shift premium after successful completion of probationary period 3% company pension contribution Overtime rates applicable 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Cycle to Work Scheme Radius Allowance based on commute to work miles Death in Service Insurance Income Protection InsuranceDay Shift -Monday to Thursday06:00 until 14:00Friday06:00 until 13:30Back Shift -Monday to Wednesday13:45 until 23:45Thursday13:45 until 22:45Responsibilities - Programme and operate Mazak CNC machinery within the machine shop Work with Mazak 200Y, Mazak 300Y and Mazak J300 5-axis turn/mill centres Produce components to engineering drawings and customer specifications Complete machining within agreed production deadlines Undertake turning and milling operations to the required tolerances Machine components to general tolerances of approximately +/-0.1mm Complete final ..... full job details .....
