Due to continued growth, they''re looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join their engineering team and take ownership of programming, process development and manufacturing optimisation. This is far more than a programme-writing role. You''ll have genuine engineering input into how complex aerospace components are manufactured, developing machining strategies, tooling, fixtures and processes to achieve first-time-right production. The Role You''ll be responsible for developing and optimising CNC programmes and manufacturing processes across 3, 4 and 5-axis machining, working closely with Production, Quality and Engineering to ensure components are manufactured efficiently, accurately and consistently.
