It is committed to quality, precision engineering and continuous improvement.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced CNC Polishing Technician to join the Fabrication Team, manufacturing high-precision infrared and visible optical components.The successful candidate will set up and operate CNC polishing equipment and carry out precision finishing operations, including deburring, linishing and grinding, ensuring components meet strict dimensional tolerances and surface quality specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC polishing machinery.Carry out deburring, linishing and grinding operations to achieve the required finish and component specifications.Interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions.Adjust machine settings to achieve the required surface finish and accuracy.Carry out quality checks and identify surface defects.Handle, clean and inspect delicate optical components.Maintain accurate production records and product traceability.Follow quality, Health and Safety and housekeeping procedures.Support equipment maintenance and continuous improvement.Essential RequirementsExperience operating CNC polishing or precision polishing ..... full job details .....
