Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Turner to join their skilled manufacturing team.The RoleAs a Skilled CNC Turner, you will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC turning machines to manufacture precision-engineered components to exact customer specifications. You will be expected to work independently, interpret technical engineering drawings and ensure all products meet the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramming, setting and operating CNC Turning machines with Fanuc controlsManufacturing precision components to tight tolerancesReading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and technical specificationsSelecting the correct tooling and machining methods for each jobCarrying out first-off inspections and in-process quality checksWorking independently to prioritise workloads and meet production deadlinesMaintaining a safe and organised working environmentIdentifying and resolving machining or programming issuesEnsuring components meet quality and dimensional requirementsCandidate RequirementsCNC Turner with a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent ..... full job details .....
