Reference number: SRG 223 Salary: 32800 inclusive of shift uplift Working hours: 6 am- 2 pm and 2 pm-11 pm on weekly rotating shifts Location: Knutsford, Cheshire Duration: Permanent Start date: ASAP On offer for the role: Opportunity to work with a leading packaging equipment manufacturer Career development within an established engineering team Modern CNC machinery, including Hurco and Mori equipment Stable, growing company with 60+ years of industry experience Reporting to: Team Leader - Machining The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Operator on milling machines Competency with Hurco, Mori, or similar VMC machinery Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications Experience in component manufacturing and quality checking Knowledge of CNC programming and tool setting You will need the ability to: Prioritise workload effectively and work to tight deadlines Load and run CNC programmes accurately Manufacture components to precise specifications Perform quality checks, including de-burring and engraving Create and store programmes for future use Manufacture jigs and fixtures as required Maintain machinery and respond to alarms appropriately Skills and experience: CNC milling ..... full job details .....
