The business operates in a secure market, with a strong customer base, manufacturing and supplying cutting-edge technology globally. Role DescriptionPrioritise, in accordance with Team Leader''s instructions and work in progress requirements, works orders received from the Cutting RoomEnsure material received is appropriate and cut to size. Refer any inaccuracies to the Team LeaderLoad programmes to manufacture components to meet required specificationsOperate Hurco/ Mori/ VMC 1-5/manual machines as required to produce components in accordance with the specification/drawing.Ensure that the completed component is checked against the specification, is de-burred and engravedStore any new programmes correctly for future accessPass completed component to correct areaManufacture jigs and fixtures to aid the machining of componentsEnsure that machine oil levels are periodically checkedRespond appropriately and quickly to machine alarms for maintenance purposesEnsure that the machine and conveyor are left clean at the end of every shiftRe-set tools as requiredSkills and QualificationsWorked with CNC, manual lathesAble to load programmes onto machinesExperienced in a workshop environmentCompany Information In return for your commitment my client offers a stable and ..... full job details .....
