Job Role: CNC Day Shift Foreman - CNC Miller Setter Operator

Location or Commutable from: Rugby, Coventry, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire

Shift: Days Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Pay Rate / Salary: -19.50 per hour

My customer a leading precision engineering company based in Rugby delivering breakdown services to the CNC industry, are looking to expand their team and are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Miller Setter. The Candidate

Must have experience with Siemens controls

Be able to read technical drawings

Have experience with both CNC and manual machines

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success

To lead a team of machinists in our precision breakdown machine shop.

To oversee the daily operations of CNC Milling Centres, manual lathes, and mills, ensuring high levels of productivity, quality, and safety

Supervise the setup, operation, and maintenance of Siemens CNC Milling Centres, manual lathes, milling machines, and other precision machinery

To be able to set up, and operate CNC Milling Centres
