Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Miller Programmer to join their manufacturing team.The RoleYou will be responsible for offline programming CNC milling machines, producing high-precision aerospace components to engineering drawings and specifications.Create and edit CNC milling programmes using OneCNC or Fusion 360Programme offline from engineering drawings and 3D modelsDevelop efficient machining strategies and optimise programmesSelect appropriate tooling, cutting speeds and feedsWork to tight tolerances and aerospace quality standardsSupport production with programme development and improvementsIdentify opportunities to improve cycle times and machining efficiencyWork closely with the production and engineering teamsAbout YouProven experience as a CNC Miller ProgrammerStrong offline programming experience is essentialExperience using OneCNC or Fusion 360 is essentialConfident reading and interpreting engineering drawingsStrong knowledge of CNC milling, tooling, speeds and feedsExperience working to tight tolerancesAerospace or precision engineering experience would be ..... full job details .....
