Work Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 16:30 and finish at 13:00 on Fridays.

As a Milling Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Load and unload components and castings on milling machines
• Position castings accurately, ready for machining
• Check finished parts using vernier calipers, micrometers and gauges
• Inspect components for defects and report any quality issues
• Follow safe operating procedures and keep the work area clean and organised

As a Milling Operator, your experience will include:

• Previous experience in a machining, engineering or manufacturing environment
• A basic understanding of how milling machines cut and shape metal
• Knowledge of common cutting tools, drills, milling cutters and inserts
• Confident use of measuring equipment such as vernier calipers and micrometers
• A methodical, accurate approach to quality checks
