CNC Miller Setter Operator Double Days - Based Poole IMMEDIATE START! This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding global engineering company where you will receive additional training and career progression. Basic salary £41,725.00 includes shift allowance, plus paid overtime after 37 hours, 33 days holiday with an option to buy five extra days, matched contributory pension scheme, health cash plan, PPE provided. Double Days shift pattern is as follows: - Early Shift Monday to Thursday 6am to 2.15pm and Friday 6am to 2pm Late Shift Monday to Thursday 2:15pm to 10:15pm and Friday 12pm to 7:30pm 2 weeks rotation shift The ideal CNC Miller Setter Operator will have completed an apprenticeship or gained equivalent practical experience, with a proven ability to set and operate CNC milling machines using Mazak or Fanuc controls. You will be a skilled machinist able to produce high-quality components within specified drawing tolerances and production efficiency targets. Candidate Profile Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a motivated approach. Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong attention to detail. Computer literate. Able to stay positive and work calmly under pressure.
