Cnc Machinist

Job Description: Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The role involves setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality wood components according to technical drawings and specifications. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines for cutting, shaping, and finishing wooden panels Interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and work instructions Load raw materials (e.g., MDF, plywood, solid wood) onto machines Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality standards Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with specifications Maintain a clean and safe working environment Record production data and report any issues to supervisors Requirements Proven experience operating CNC machinery (preferably in woodworking) Basic understanding of CAD/CAM software Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Knowledge of wood materials and machining processes Strong attention to detail and quality control Good problem-solving and mechanical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Working pattern: 2pm-12.15am ..... full job details .....
