Cnc Machinist

Job Description:

Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The role involves setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality wood components according to technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for cutting, shaping, and finishing wooden panels
• Interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and work instructions
• Load raw materials (e.g., MDF, plywood, solid wood) onto machines
• Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment
• Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Record production data and report any issues to supervisors

Requirements

• Proven experience operating CNC machinery (preferably in woodworking)
• Basic understanding of CAD/CAM software
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge of wood materials and machining processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Good problem-solving and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working pattern: 2pm-12.15am Monday-Thursday
