CNC Joinery MachinistLocation:Basildon Salary: 40,000 per annum ( 18.25ph depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmOur client is a leading commercial fit-out and bespoke joinery manufacturer. They are seeking an experienced CNC Joinery Machinist to produce high-quality bespoke joinery components using CNC machinery and traditional workshop equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture bespoke joinery components using CNC machinery to tight tolerancesInterpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and joinery production information Program, set and operate CNC woodworking machines (Homag)Ensure all joinery components meet quality and specification requirementsWork with hardwood, softwood, veneered panels, MDF, and laminate materials Carry out accurate machining for cabinet making, bespoke furniture, and fitted joinery elementsPrepare, collate and quality check finished components for assembly and dispatchIdentify and report design, production or machining issuesMaintain safe handling and protection of materials throughout productionSupport continuous improvement in joinery manufacturing processesAssist with general workshop production tasks when requiredMachines and SoftwareHomagCNC machining centresAlphacam CAD/CAM softwareWoodWopCNC programming softwareOffline programming with transition to online operationSkills and Experience Required Proven experience in CNC joinery machining within a workshop environmentStrong ability to programme, set and operate CNC ..... full job details .....
