CNC Machinist Bicester £15.00 - £17.00 per hour Our client, a well-established and reputable engineering company based in Bicester, is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced machinist to work within a modern manufacturing environment, contributing to the production of high-quality precision components for a diverse customer base. CNC Machinist Roles and Responsibilities: Program and set CNC milling machines to manufacture components in line with customer specifications Ensure all produced parts meet engineering drawings and customer quality standards Select the most effective machining methods and tooling to maximise efficiency Work to planned production schedules to meet both company and customer deadlines CNC Machinist Ideal Candidate: Proven experience programming and operating Hurco vertical machining centres Proficient in Visi CAD/CAM and/or Machining Strategist software Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship or possess equivalent hands-on experience Experience programming and operating Fanuc-controlled vertical machining centres (desirable) Familiarity with setting and operating multi-axis machining centres (desirable) Experience using manual machine tools such as mills, lathes, and surface grinders (desirable) Good general IT skills, including Microsoft Office CNC Machinist Working Hours and Benefits: Monday Thursday, ..... full job details .....
