This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking business driving innovation, quality, and sustainability in complex manufacturing solutions.Key Responsibilities:Set up, program, and operate CNC machines using Mazak controls (Mazatrol)Manufacture precision components to tight tolerances and exacting quality standardsInterpret and work from engineering drawings, job cards, and work instructionsCarry out in-process inspection to ensure compliance with specificationsMaintain a safe working environment and follow Health and Safety proceduresSupport continuous improvement (CI) initiatives and contribute to Lean manufacturing goalsMaintain a clean, organized work area in line with 5S principlesParticipate in cross-training to support skills flexibility across the teamEssential Requirements:Proven experience setting, programming, and operating CNC Mazak machines (Mazatrol)Time-served apprenticeship, equivalent engineering qualification, or relevant hands-on experienceStrong understanding of engineering drawings, machining practices, and manufacturing processesProven track record in precision machining, including CNC programming and tooling knowledgeExperience machining a variety of materials including Inconel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium Bronze, Cast Iron, and ..... full job details .....
