Your role may vary each working day across a small cluster of homes, with various shift patterns to support holiday or training cover. Our unique cluster roles allow you to enhance your development and enrich your experience by offering varied work and the opportunity to work across diverse teams.Your responsibilities include daily home life, such as driving our children to and from school, appointments, and visits ( a full UK manual driving license is essential ). You will also teach valuable life skills, including meal preparation and household chores, while creating lasting memories through engaging activities, outings, and holidays.Your role as a Cluster Residential Child Care WorkerYou will be employed full-time as a dedicated team member, averaging 56.4 hours per week, including sleep hours. Working collaboratively with your team on shift across multiple locations in a cluster of homes within a short journey of each other, you will provide support tailored to the young person''s needs, either one-to-one or two-to-one.Your training will begin on day one with our comprehensive induction and shadow shifts. During these, you will learn about the Pebbles Way and our therapeutic care model, supported by your manager and our in-house Learning and Development team.What We Offer You
A starting salary of £34,719.00 to £36,248.00 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.Our Cluster Full-time roles operate on a rota pattern of one day on (24 hours, including sleepover) and two days off (48 hours). This may be subject to change, but you will be notified in advance; the salary stated is based on the following set rota pattern.Your average weekly working hours, including sleepovers, are 56.4.
