Oversee the effective operation and delivery of the nursing teamWork closely with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager on recruitment and training of nursing staffEnsure compliance with infection control protocols and relevant legislationAttend management meetings and provide updates on nurse staffing and resident careSupervise nursing staff and oversee care planning and compliance processesAdditional Duties

Shared responsibility for staff recruitment, induction, training, and appraisalsMonitor CQC standards and liaise with inspectorsEnsure all nurse staff receive supervision, training, and supportMaintain nurse rotas and develop resident care plansUphold the highest standards of nursing practiceRequirements
