Lead and develop all the staff and encourage positive working relationships with colleagues within Mersey Care NHS Trust and other external agencies/organisations.Carry managerial responsibility of the St Helens and Knowsley Early intervention team. Responsible for the performance and delivery of high quality, evidenced based and person centred care.Operate as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team and be flexible in terms of delivering care within a community setting.About Mersey Care
