37.5 hours per week - vacancies available across all our inpatient ward areas including Barnsley, Wakefield, Dewsbury, Doncaster, Calderdale and Kirklees. You will work closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure our patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities
Assisting patients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Supporting patients with mobility and ensuring their comfort and safety.
Helping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Qualifications / Requirements
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Welcome band 2 healthcare support criteria; successful candidates commence in a band 2 development role with a comprehensive induction and development plan; must achieve set competencies within 12 months to progress to substantive band 3 CSW.
Visa sponsorship via Health and Care Worker visa route is considered only if the prorated salary meets minimum threshold of £25,000; for Band 3 roles, only full-time positions at the top of the pay scale meet this threshold; candidates must have two years recognisable service experience; sponsorship may not be possible depending on salary increment placement and working hours.
