Role Overview

The Clinical Services Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s clinical direction, managing mental health programmes, and ensuring high standards of service delivery. This strategic position is ideal for a seasoned clinical professional ready to step into a leadership role that balances

service innovation .Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver inclusive therapy frameworks, including

individual counselling, group therapy, and psychological interventions .Align clinical services with organisational goals and

contractual funding requirements .Ensure services are accessible to underrepresented communities including

LGBTQ+ individuals , racially minoritised groups, and people with disabilities.Represent the organisation externally, influencing stakeholders and shaping mental health strategy.Clinical and Operational Management

Line manage senior clinical staff, providing day-to-day leadership and support.Oversee clinical governance, ensuring compliance with

safeguarding

and

ethical standards .Conduct audits, manage risk, and ensure

quality assurance

across all services.Stay up to date with national standards and implement necessary improvements.Supervision and Team Development

Provide or coordinate

clinical supervision

for therapeutic leads and practitioners.Promote a

culture of emotional safety , reflective practice, and continuous improvement.Identify learning needs and facilitate

professional development

opportunities.Foster a collaborative environment that supports practitioner wellbeing.Monitoring, Reporting and Governance

Lead the collection and analysis of
