Clinical Operations is at the heart of what we do as a healthcare business. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to support the safe and effective scaling of this function as our patient base expands across a growing range of conditions and treatments. You will take charge of our UK prescriber workforce (100+ FTE and growing), ensuring clinicians are supported, empowered, and performing at their best. You will manage workforce planning and rota design, drive performance, uphold clinical standards, and embed the systems and oversight that enable scale. This role reports to the Director of Clinical Operations UK and works closely with senior leaders across Clinical, Operations, Product, and Data teams. While focused on the UK, the role has potential for cross-market leadership as we expand across Europe and beyond.What You’ll Be Responsible For

Lead and inspire the UK prescriber team, driving engagement, setting high standards, and ensuring clinicians have the tools and technology to deliver outstanding patient care.Elevate performance and quality at scale by using data, automation, and real-time feedback to improve clinical outcomes, safety, and efficiency.Build systems that power growth by designing scalable scheduling, onboarding, and workforce management processes with automation and technology.Collaborate across Clinical, Operations, Product, and Data teams to solve problems quickly and launch new services smoothly, creating an environment where prescribers thrive.What We Expect From You

Own prescriber scheduling, performance, and development to deliver safe, efficient care at scale.Uphold high clinical standards through performance management, audits, and coaching while balancing commercial goals on efficiency, cost, and conversion.Bring structure and data-driven decision-making to clinical operations, leveraging automation and AI to streamline processes.Play a key role in rolling out new services across brands, ensuring prescribers are trained and workflows are ready from day one.About You (Who You Are)

Skills and Experience

Operator with clinical depth – 5+ years in healthcare operations or clinical management in digital health, startups, consulting, or tech-enabled healthcare.Built for scale – Experience managing clinical teams in high-growth settings with rota management and workforce planning for safe care at volume.Operator’s mindset – Ability to balance day-to-day execution with process improvement and measurable outcomes.Data fluent – Comfortable using clinical and operational data to drive insights and improvements.Tech and automation savvy – Experience with tech-enabled workflows, automation, or AI to improve efficiency or safety.Clinically credible (preferred, not essential) – Registered clinician (GMC or equivalent) or close collaboration with prescribers and multidisciplinary teams.Behaviours and Attitudes
