Deliver dedicated 1:1 care to patients requiring enhanced support.Assist with all aspects of personal care, including hygiene, toileting, and catheter care.Support patients with menu selection, distributed meals, and provide feeding assistance as required.Ensure adequate hydration and nutritional intake through regular monitoring and encouragement.Accurately record clinical observations, including blood pressure, temperature and other vital signs.Work collaboratively with nursing teams to maintain high standards of care.What We Need From You

At least six months of UK-based paid experience in a similar role, that involves the above experienceThe right to work in the UK.A good standard of English and effective communication skills.Flexibility to travel as required.Benefits
