We are currently recruiting for a compassionate

Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

to reliably serve patients throughout

Montgomery and Bucks counties . This is a full-time position.

OverviewWhat you’ll do: As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant, you’ll use your clinical skills and compassionate heart to treat patients where they want to be the most – in the comfort of their own home. Your responsibilities will include:

Activities of daily living

Light housekeeping

Bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care

Range of motion / exercises

Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices

Oral feeding

Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration

Assisting with ambulation

Medication assistance

Qualifications

Have at least one year of work experience as a CNA/HHA

Have successfully completed a recognized Home Health Aide training course and be certified to work as a Home Health Aide

Have a criminal background check completed

Meet all state requirements
