As Clinical Lead, you''ll provide clinical leadership across the home, supporting the nursing team while ensuring residents receive outstanding, person-centred care. You''ll play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards, driving quality improvements and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.

As a Clinical Lead, you will:
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Registered Nurses
  • Oversee clinical governance, audits and quality improvement
  • Ensure safe medication management and best clinical practice
  • Complete assessments, care planning and resident reviews
  • Support safeguarding, complaints and incident management
  • Work closely with GPs, families and multidisciplinary professionals
  • Maintain compliance with CQC standards and drive continuous improvement
About you:
  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin
  • Previous leadership experience within elderly care or a nursing home
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and clinical governance
  • Confident managing audits, medication and compliance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of CHC and FNC processes would be advantageous
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care
