Client Services Team Leader

Recruit UK is supporting a well-established Wealth Management firm in their search for a Client Services Team Leader. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Services professional to lead a growing administration and PA support team, ensuring advisers receive first-class operational support while delivering an outstanding client experience. You''ll be expected to travel to each of their offices on a monthly basis to support the delivery of training and 1-2-1s.This is a people-first leadership role where you''ll look after a team of around 10, managing workloads, coaching individuals and driving continuous improvements across the support function. You''ll work closely with advisers, paraplanners and senior management, making a real impact on both team performance and the wider business.Responsibilities Include:Lead, coach and develop a team of Wealth Administrators and PAs Manage workloads, team capacity and service levels across multiple offices Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews and support employee development across multiple officesAct as the main escalation point for complex client/wealth administration queries Work alongside advisers, paraplanners and compliance to deliver an outstanding client experience Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency Benefits:Hybrid working25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing with service up to 30 days Performance-related bonus Private healthcareBusiness ..... full job details .....
