We are called upon at a sensitive time when families are going through the stages of grief, but there is an acceptance that certain realities need to be addressed.Our PurposeTo support families through bereavement with expert guidance and genuine compassion, making a complex process feel manageable and human.What you ll be doing:Manage, analyse and utilise Management Information (MI), identifying trends, and implement improvements that enhance conversion rates and support the company s Statement of Intent (SOI) targets.Act as a referral point for all Client Services and Probate Consultants, providing guidance, ensuring appropriate training is in place, and monitoring competency to enhance lead conversion, objection handling, and overall effectiveness.Oversee daily lead management, ensuring that all opportunities are maximised to drive conversion rates and business growth.Collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless client experience.Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in how we work.What We re Looking ForQualifications are desirable but not essential.
