Client Services Manager

The Role: I am recruiting a Head of Client Support (Client Services Manager) on behalf of Monenti Partners, a leading independent Financial Planning firm based in central London (WC1). The Head of Client Support (Client Services Manager) will be responsible for shaping and delivering the strategy for the financial planning support function, setting service standards and strengthening processes to build capacity and drive continuous improvement. You will lead the implementation of this strategy, managing, mentoring, training and developing the support team, and delegating effectively to ensure the delivery of an exceptional service, both internally and for Monenti''s clients. You will oversee the centralised work queue, managing priorities and applying risk-based quality controls. This is a true player-manager role; initially contributing to complex financial-planning work while enhancing the support function, and increasingly delivering through clear standards, structured delegation and a capable team as your career progresses within Operations.
