MandE Manager / Building Services Manager - Mechanical - high-end commercial AND residential projects in Central London - c 85-95k + acr allowance + travel + packageWe are seeking an experienced MandE Manager / Building Services Manager - Mechanical to join our client''s team on a mixture of Design and Build, refurbishment and cut and carve projects within the high-end commercial and residential projects sector throughout London.This is an excellent opportunity to become a key part of a strong project team, taking full responsibility for overseeing all mechanical and electrical services installations from initial coordination through to commissioning and final handover.Role ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage mechanical and electrical subcontractors on siteCoordinate MandE installations in line with the overall project programmeReview and assess drawings, specifications, and technical submissionsChair and lead building services coordination meetingsEnsure high-quality installations while maintaining strict health and safety standardsManage commissioning activities and oversee final system handoverRequirementsProven experience as an MandE Manager with an Mechanical backgroundBackground in delivering commercial construction projectsStrong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical services installationsSolid understanding of BMS and lighting control systemsExperience managing subcontractors and coordinating services packagesValid SMSTS / SSSTS and CSCS ..... full job details .....
