Job Title: Client Onboarding AnalystJob DescriptionThis 12-month contract role provides dedicated support to the Financing Solutions Onboarding team, with a strong focus on Equity Swaps onboarding. You will manage key aspects of the client onboarding life cycle, including documentation, workstream coordination, status tracking, and stakeholder communication, to ensure a smooth and high quality experience for clients and counterparties across Financing Solutions.ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end onboarding activities across the Financing Solutions Onboarding team, with a primary focus on Equity Swaps clients and counterparties.Collect, review, and organise onboarding information and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.Prepare and distribute onboarding packages, questionnaires, information requests, and related materials to clients and internal stakeholders.Maintain onboarding trackers and workflow tools to monitor progress against key milestones and deadlines.Follow up with clients and internal stakeholders on outstanding onboarding requirements to drive timely completion.Coordinate onboarding activities across Front Office, Operations, Credit, Risk, Compliance, AML/KYC, and Legal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the onboarding life cycle in accordance with internal standards and controls.Produce clear onboarding status reports and management updates to provide transparency on ..... full job details .....
