Client Onboarding Analyst Contract Type: TemporaryContract Length: 12 months.Daily Rate: 200.00 UmbrellaWorking Pattern: Full Time, hybrid 3 days in office based in Belfast. Monday - Friday 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional client satisfaction while adhering to global audit, compliance, risk, and control requirements.Own onboarding requests from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and swift process.Communicate progress and status updates to both internal and external stakeholders regularly.Manage your pipeline of requests, providing timely updates and follow-ups.Proactively identify and escalate any issues that may arise during the onboarding process.Analyse data on end-to-end processes to track turnaround times and improve efficiencies.What We are Looking For:A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple requests and deadlines.Experience in KYC, compliance, or client onboarding is a plus!Adecco is a disability-confident employer.
