We’ve left the kitchen table, but we’ve never lost our hunger.The Role:You’ll be selling behavioural interventions that drive action in some of the largest companies in the world.You’ll have compelling conversations with mid- to senior-level decision makers within HR and LandD to understand their people and performance challenges.You’ll partner with your Practice Lead or a Client Director on more complex deals.From here you’ll be proposing suitable solutions from a range of products and solutions.You will then be held accountable for partnering with our Project Managers and Solutions and Design teams to deliver the work you sold to high quality.We work in a client-centric and creative environment. You’ll be encouraged to use your initiative to solve problems.You’ll primarily focus on growing new business, as well as expanding work with some of the clients we already partner with.You will be in charge of the entire sales lifecycle, from sourcing leads to managing medium complexity programs.Responsibilities:Account Management:Manage a portfolio of clients of different sizes/complexityIdentify and build relationships with stakeholders across these clients that have a business challenge that MindGym can help solveCommunication:Credibly represent MindGym’s point-of-view on important people challengesBuild simple, clear and succinct solution presentations and commercial proposals to human capital issues, both within our core product portfolio (leadership, performance etc.), but also help solve portfolio-adjacent problemsEffectively and articulately represent MindGym in client proposals, pitches, meetings and networking eventsCollaboration across teams:Partner with PL, Solutions Strategy and Executive Sponsors to ensure high quality insights are delivered to our clientsPartner with colleagues in the Client Delivery Team, Solutions, Design and your PL to ensure quality execution of what you have soldActively share insights and learnings across the Client TeamSales discipline:Ensure all information delivered is relevant, accurate and timely, both to your clients and internal stakeholdersUtilise MindGym sales methodologies and governance processes to qualify opportunities and prioritise your workloadUtilise MindGym CRM, tools and framework to actively achieve your goals (SF, Gong, etc.)Gather, collate, and maintain all the information required for a successful client partnership, be those discovery and commercial or quarterly business reviewsBuilding the MindGym brand:Support MindGym’s strategic growth by identifying clients that fit with MindGym’s new product launches or product focus areasProactively share market and product feedback with internal teams to support product development roadmapPromote MindGym utilising Marketing resources, events and toolsActively promoting brand on social mediaQualifications:Client relationship across all significant stakeholdersRevenue, both new business and account growth/renewalCredibility working with mid-senior level stakeholdersInterest in/fluency about psychology in business/Talent and HR3yrs+ working in sales in a professional services environmentRight to work in the UKAble to sell/grow up to £250k with only minimal support-£1M annual targetBenefits25 days annual leavePrivate medical insuranceCritical life insuranceIncome protectionPension (5% company contribution)Travel insuranceCycle to work schemeSeason ticket loanCharity work (two days paid annually)Gym subsidyYoga, mindfulness and massagesUnlimited mental health support, 24/7 unlimited remote GPMindGym is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.
