As Client Manager you will have direct management over the assistants, whilst reporting to the Client Director. We hire the finest talent to help us unlock the full potential of the Out of Home (OOH) environment for our clients; and pride ourselves on the individuals who represent our business.Evolve OOH is part of the Talon Group and is a global outdoor media agency whose vision is to evolve the OOH medium through pioneering, results driven tools, team experience on a global scale, and a passion for creativity.A DAY IN THE LIFE_Understand the strategy and objectives of the account/s, using your knowledge and experience to deliver and add valueBuild and develop OOH relationships with suppliers; and monitor the ongoing activities related to themManage multiple plans in multiple markets concurrentlyCommunicate accurate planning information and campaign statuses to senior internal stakeholders, clearly and promptlyCompile and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts for senior managementNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitResolve client and campaign issues quickly, as and when they ariseHelp build, maintain and utilise planning tools; ensuring all data and information is up to date and that the wider team are equipped to assistCoach and supervise Business Assistants in all aspects of their workWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR_Extensive UK and International OOH planning experience and market knowledge, locally and globallyExceptional commercial acumenFirst class relationship management skills; with the ability to communicate across all levels, both internally and externallySecond language advantageousStrong people management skills and the ability to maximise a team’s potential through ongoing motivation, evaluation and developmentFearless prioritiser – You don’t just manage a to-do list, you
