As a
Client Manager
at InterEx Group, you will be fully focused on generating new business opportunities and building relationships with enterprise-level clients. This is a pure
new business development role , with your primary goal being to
win exclusive job opportunities
for our delivery team to fulfil.You will act as the key strategic partner to new clients, identifying their hiring needs and positioning InterEx as their go-to talent partner.Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and acquire
new enterprise clients
across CRM, Data, and ERP verticalsBuild and nurture strong, consultative relationships with senior decision-makers (e.g. CTOs, CIOs)Own the
end-to-end business development cycle
– from lead generation to client onboardingWin
exclusive or retained job roles
to pass to the delivery team for fulfilmentCollaborate closely with internal delivery consultants to ensure seamless handover and successful placementsAchieve and exceed revenue and activity targetsMaintain detailed records and activity tracking in the CRMWhat We''re Looking For
Proven experience in
new business development
within recruitment or staffingA strong track record of
winning enterprise-level clientsConfident communicator with experience engaging
