The brand was established in 1968 by Mrs. Jil Sander, it is directed by Simone Bellotti, and it was acquired by the OTB Fashion Group in 2021.Jil Sander is looking for the perfect profile as Client Advisor for our Concession in Selfridges.Responsibilities

Welcome the customer, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times, trying to perceive his/her needs and expectations, providing all necessary information about the product, current trends, etc.Develop and maintain effective one-on-one relationship customers, using also digital toolsMaintain accurate records of all key customer account activities, and uses the information for ongoing reference, including Contact names, Special delivery requirements, Product preferences, Outstanding price quotes, Previous order history, All follow up information related to closing the saleDemonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the provided training program, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitorsAchieve established personal and store sales goals, by thoroughly and effectively managing all customer accounts through all stages of the sales cycle and the purchase process. Respond to all products inquiries (direct and indirect) and attempts to convert them to sales.Life Skills

Strong communication skills in English at least (verbal, in person, via e-mail, SMS, etc.) and ability to handle clients with personal care and empathyStrong attention to detailsResults-driven and customer focusedTime managementProblem solvingOmni-channel retail orientationFlexible availability – including weekends, and holidaysRequirements
