Client Account Executive

Time Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of a company based in Colchester, who are currently recruiting for a Client Account Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual within experience within an IFA firm to take the next step within there career. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and progress client cases, providing regular updates. Liaise with clients and providers to resolve queries and ensure timely case completion. Maintain accurate client records using Intelligent Office (IO). Work across investment platforms including Aberdeen, Fidelity, and Quilter. Coordinate client payments and ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Manage pension and ISA transfers through to completion. Handle trust applications and inheritance tax planning cases. Process tax wrapper switches, fund withdrawals, and income payments. Manage Letters of Authority and annuity applications. Submit accurate applications across multiple provider systems. Skills and Experience Required: At least two years of experience working within an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) practice is essential. Solid experience processing new business across a wide range of financial products. Confident in managing client cases throughout the entire process, from initial submission to completion.
