This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs, within a supportive and inclusive learning environment.About the Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of our students. You''ll help them grow in confidence and independence while ensuring they feel safe, valued, and supported every step of the way.Working closely with teaching staff, you will assist in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum across both classroom and off-site settings. The role requires flexibility-supporting students 1:1 or working with small groups depending on need.
