Class 2 HIAB Driver (Cat C)

We are currently recruiting for experienced Class 2 (Cat C) HIAB Drivers with brick grab and hook experience to work for a reputable building merchant. This is an ongoing temporary, with the potential to become a permanent position based on performance, reliability and suitability for the role. Duties will include: Driving a Class 2 rigid vehicle to customer locations. Operating the HIAB crane to load and unload materials safely. Delivering building materials, Using Brick grab/ Hook HIAB. Carrying out vehicle and HIAB safety checks before and after shifts. Ensuring loads are correctly secured and transported safely. Assisting with the safe positioning and unloading of materials on site. Completing delivery paperwork and maintaining accurate records. Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach when dealing with customers and site staff. Following all relevant company, road safety and site health and safety procedures You will have: Class 2 (C) entitlement for over 12 months. Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card Proof of Right to work in the UK (birth certificate or Passport) No DR10 endorsements on driving record Safety boots and Hi-vis Possession of a valid Full UK License with no more than 6 points Why choose to work with us: Excellent pay: 17.00- 24.50 per hour (PAYE and Umbrella available) Bonus rates offered for overtime or weekend shifts.
