Class 2 HGV Driver Horley, Gatwick 15.50 per hour (minimum 40 hours per week) Monday to Friday Temp to Perm Opportunity Immediate Starts Available We are looking for a Class 2 HGV Driver to join a well-established and growing transport operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver looking for a stable, long-term role with genuine permanent prospects. The role is primarily general haulage, with the majority of deliveries being in London and the south east. If you enjoy being out on the road rather than completing high-volume multi-drop work, this could be the ideal position. This is driving a 26tn rigid, curtain-side vehicle. Class 2 general haulage deliveries Collection and delivery of palletised and general freight Completing daily vehicle safety checks and defect reporting Securing loads safely before departure Completing delivery paperwork accurately Providing excellent customer service at collection and delivery points Working in accordance with Drivers'' Hours Regulations and Working Time Directive Maintaining a clean and professional vehicle What We''re Looking For: Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence Driver CPC Qualification Digital Tachograph Card Minimum 6 months'' Class 2 driving experience Curtain-side experience Good understanding of Drivers'' Hours and transport legislation Reliable and professional approach Strong communication and customer service skills Flexibility to undertake long-distance routes Please apply with your CV. ..... full job details .....
